Nimbate Ohrmazd standing left on ground line, wearing lion-head crown with ribbons and surmounted by artichoke, flames at shoulders, sacrificing at altar and holding trident; to left, trident standard above altar, middle prong surmounted by crescent; pellet to right of altar; between legs, pellet above retrograde swastika; pellets below left arm; tamgha to right / Siva standing facing, holding diadem and trident; behind, the bull Nandi standing left; h in Pahlavi to upper right.
